    I'll be the bigger man here. First off I'm no happier with the answer Toyota service gave me a bunch of lies. I asked to speak to the tech who got the dipstick out, but no one seemed to know who brought it in that morning or who actually got it out . I was told 3 different tech worked on my car.The one tech who they did send over to talk to me about my RPMs new nothing about the dipstick . Now I plan to write a letter to Toyota. To complain that my question wasn t answered they told me it came right out and it works as it should I do have a 16 second video of me trying to take it out my brother didn't want me to start a argument right then and there so ill take it to the next level right this second I'm not gonna out this dealership till I get my answers .

    Your complaint is that the Toyota technician pulled the dipstick out without any problems. He then told you he had no problem and you are upset that he didn't tell you was the problem was?

    To help your cause here proving the DS truly was stuck, it would be in your best interest to post that video of you and your brother struggling to remove the dipstick.
