What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I have 265/70/17 Goodyear adventures. No rubbing. No lift. I think there is a thread on this forum dedicated to tire size.

 

Sweet truck. My opinion with those rims and the other black dark options you have picked I'd go with the grill like kingair84 has in post #6608. But with a bronze finish to match you rims.

 

we are offered a MT in the TRDORDCSB or TRD Sport AC.....if you buy the TRDORAC MT we will do a trade! lol no i dont think id trade my truck for any other stock 16 tacoma

 

did you use the 1/4 inch spacers and trim packer? did your alignment come out okay on stock UCA? are you experiencing any rubbing? same suspension I used, and tires. wheels are same spec but different wheels.

 

I used a 3/8 spacer and the trim packer. I'm actually ordering the 1/2" because I think with the Long Bed it needs to come up a bit more. I'm rubbing a pinch when turned left just on the drivers side mud flap. Not sure why considering everyone I talked to prior said they hadn't had any issues. Alignment was perfect.

How is the in cabin noise? Can you still have a normal conversation? Can you still hear the radio?

 

good news. I have a short bed and think the height on mine is perfect. I'm waiting for my wheels to get here, and putting the tire beside it, front looked close lol. truck looks great man!

 

Got my Ionic 61 running boards, AVS in channel vent visors, husky floor mats and weathertech mudguards installed today. Also routed the power for my dash cam into my overhead console.

Did you ever get your sliders in and installed? Did you get bolt on? Do they fit the 2016 frame??

Fixed a rockchip (only recently learned how at work) and gave her a 5$ Canadian winter wash!

 

They should be getting installed this week. Got bolt on and powder coated hybrids. They are made for the 2016 but if I'm not mistaken they are the same as the second generation trucks.
I'll make sure to post up detailed pics when they are installed
