    still waiting to hear. They are throwing in new brakes, working on getting new tires now.

    that's what I was thinking too....if they won't budge on the used motor at least make them accountable for the situation with a warranty. of course i'm sure that means you'd have to continue to go to the dealer for regular maintenance so you're still in this vicious circle of dealing with them

    Yes, OTG's truck is dead because the dealer forgot to put the oil plug back in after a change and they gave him a crappy loaner and are giving him a hard time about fixing his truck/correcting their mistake. (wasn't sure if you've been following the saga....)

    Yeah, pretty routine generic stuff. I had 8 weeks worth when I started at Dow Chemical, they called it the NEOP program. (new employee orientation program) All the goodies were covered, sexual harassment, workplace conduct, vacation and sick time, etc. After a few weeks it got old!
