Hey, that's just from me running outside and looking at my truck real quick. You might have to use your special tool you made.

I hope it works, I want to throw together a CV repair kit for the trail so a small piece of rope would be ideal than a large pry bar

Used a gear calculator, these numbers are slightly off due to actual tire size when on the truck. But for name sakes we will keep it at 33/35 even tho its more like 32.8 and 34.6 most of the time, and that measurement is the tire unmounted lol

    3.73: 31/2153rpm 32/2086 33/2022 35/1907
    4.56: 33/2472 35/2331 37/2205
    4.88: 33/2646 35/2495 37/2360

Those are true tire sizes so actual rpm numbers will vary with actual tire size. Speed is 70mph

So the closest ratio to stock with 35s is actually a 4.30 at 2198. So by those numbers 456 is the best bet for keeping close to stock gearing, 75mph with actual tire size (34-34.5 on truck) will put my rpm just over 2500 and should be enough to get the cruise going at a safe pace. 488 at 75 is 2673 at a true 35 (which your tire will not measure out to when mounted)

In 4th gear on stock gears is about a 164rpm difference compared to 488s in 5th at 70mph, at the rate why would I even re gear when I could continue driving on the highway in 4th for no additional cost. So thats why ill be sticking with 456 for re gear. If I lived at a higher altitude and actually had a decent hill to drive up on a daily without the need to drive 40-60k miles a year sure I would consider a 488 but it won't suit me now

EDIT: somehow fucked up numbers, rpms are off.

So forgot to add, I got that solid bushing in today with the help of @Palehorse1 and @Sacrifice. Had a couple of hiccups along the way but all worked out just fine. That stupid vibration is finally gone, now I have need to balance my tires a little better. My needle bearing didn't look worn as I thought it would be, me and @Sacrifice both broke our needle bearing putting the removal tool in, but mine had some play in it but all bearings were intact.

Took some comparison shots of factory flares compared to the mcneil ones, to give some people an idea what the difference is. Seriously love how this truck is turning out and man it rides soo smooth

Yeah those fenders are awesome, after he gets his bumper it would be hard to notice that they are even different, but are actually wider. They did a good job making them thats for sure
