I've always been a fan of toyota pickups. When I was a kid, I had an 1986 toyota pickup with a 22R-Tec motor. It was one of the only factory turbo motors in a toyota pickup that I had ever seen. It had a 3 inch lift and 33 inch tires. When I look at pictures it was Butt ugly now...lol. I moved on later in life to a 1989 which got me through the first few years of married life, but we quickly outgrew it. fast forward 20 years and several SUV's later, I'm ready for another Toyota. I signed for a 2016 SR5 quad cab this week. I'm excited to be back.

Well, the deal on the SR5 fell through, and I'm GLAD it did. I looked for a week and this followed me home today!

Nope, Balise out in Springfield. I had a hard time finding a TRD sport, Balise had this one, I bought it. I have an older Raptor 50, but I've always struggled to get the nitro's to run consistently. Ever since I went to my Goblin, I'm in love with Electric. I have a G500, a G380 (shown) currently building an OXY qube, and have a 300CFX that's highly modified. As well as a couple beater Quads....

That place looks JUST like Harr.... service door to the right... etc.

I've been at the sticks since the early 90's. I fly 3 turbine jets, several gas and glow fixed wing and gas, glow and electric helis. I instruct fixed wing and helis at a few clubs I belong to. Electrics are the wave of the future though.

Which clubs, I just joined NE heli crew down in Mansfield, but its a pretty long commute, I'd love to find some place more local with a good group of guys. I've been flying since 1992 or so. took a 10 year hiatus when my daughter was born, back at it now...I live one town south of Worcester.

Almost the same timeline with me. Got my pilots lic. in '88. Started RC in the early 90's.... took 9 years off and I've been back in it with both feet. I fly at Woodstock in CT, Quinapoxet in Holden, Crow Island in Stow, New England Jets in Chicopee (turbines only) and Central Ma rc modelers in Westboro.

Myself and a close turbine friend have been putting on the New England Jet Rally in Gardner for 10 years now. (pics in my gallery)

You probably know Raja (aka Borat) lol

I wish I could learn to fly a real plane, My dad owned a Cesna 172, and flew out of oxford airport years ago before it closed down. I dreamed of going to the Airforce academy as a kid. I lost hearing in one of my ears when I was 11, so learning to fly in the airforce was out of the question. Its always been a dream of mine, but financially, its just never going to happen. I flew RC for a few years out of a small club in Northbridge, but they were old school and didn't like "rotary" wing aircraft. I gave up planes and concentrated up helicopters. Joe Howard tough me how to fly and setup helicopters, its been a wierd bumpy ride. Flew with him at the old Taunton Airstrip for years, met Jeremy through Joe at the club in Wrentham. Been flying at my house and local school for the past year or so, I guess my G500 will be 2 years old pretty soon. Decided to check out the NE heli crew, because my best friend worked for the guy that has been president for the past few years. I met some nice people, I know of Raja, but I don't think I've ever met him.

whats the future of Crow Island, I heard the Helicopter Fun Fly had a poor turnout this year. People blamed a new building or hangar that really cut down on flight line space? I've been a few times, but was never confident enough in my abilities to actually fly there. (I get intimidated easy I guess)

Crow Isle will always be around. I missed the heli events they had.... lot of good people register to fly.

Many of us fly helis at the Quinapoxet club. Most of those guys are electric heli anyway. Great bunch of guys.... no assholes in the group.

If you want to join, send me a PM when you're ready. We get going in the Spring of course. I'll teach you nose-in (if you're not there yet)... the easy and best way to do it.

I'd love some help, i'm practicing nose in now, doing some circuits, doing some light aerobatics. I'd never turn down advice or anything else you could offer.

I'd love to help with nose-in. If you can do nose-in for 10 seconds, you can do it for 30 minutes. I'll show you the easy way... without remembering bullshit like 'left stick, right skid low'.... F-That.

Once you've got nose-in down and comfortable without being tense, your flying will open up so many doors that will be easier and fun for you.

Here's an old .50 sized Gohbee I put Cub floats on.... Did this a few years ago.
