Well it's also not meant for tight trails and is a full size truck. So apples to oranges.

Boats normally run it, equipment and atvs, etc prefer it, and I wanted to see if it had any effect on my mpgs

    Fun fact for you.....

Did you know that Pabst Blue Ribbon, arguably the most american crappy beer, was supposedly sold to a Russian brewing company called Oasis in 2014? After the dust settled it was apparently a different Oasis company that bought the brand and Russia does not own our beer.

Man, that was a stressful time in my life. :D

I had my first PBR on Friday. I was under the impression (thanks Internet) that only scumbags and whores drink it.

Well, it could have been the warm day or the hours of hard work done that afternoon talking to me all kinds of crazy - but I thought it was pretty good for cheap beer. Not as refreshingly watery as Coors Light, which is a world class work beer IMO, but it was much more beer flavored beer.

Would drink again, not sure I'd buy it because CL is so much more refreshing, but damn, I was surprised.

It's really not that bad. Just gets a bad reputation because it's cheap, so people that can only afford cheap things tend to buy it. It's an American classic.

I haven't looked at PBR the same since this time I was at Costco. Saw a bunch of Berkeley frat boys loading up one of those flat bed carts with nothing but PBR. And they stacked them like 5 boxes high, all the way across the entire cart.

Edit - technically it was 2 carts. The other had a mix of bud light and Kirkland beer, and hard stuff.

Wouldn't mind drinking it while working on cars though. Cheap, watery, and gives me an excuse to take breaks.

It's been a hipster beer for a while. They sell it at Whole Foods!

Blue Velvet also helped the resurgence back in 86':
