Yesterday, I saw something that both pissed me off and made me laugh. I'm driving along and see a soccer mom SUV with a "Baby on Board" plaque in the window. First, these plaques have always pissed me off. They're degrading. They seem to presume I'm a crappy driver and that I'm supposed to drive extra careful so I don't run into you and damage your precious little ugly baby.

Here's the kicker. I pass the SUV and notice the bitch is smoking a cigarette with her windows rolled up! :eek:And I'm supposed to be extra careful around her? Hypocrite!

I know what you mean. Out here in Italy they have the sticker "bimbo a bordo" while the baby is crawling all over their vehicle.

While I'm not totally in love with the town. I must give it credit for some of the finest four wheeling around. Not to mention, that wheeling is usually within 15 minutes of your front door.

I bet she was not smoking. I bet you added that because you were typing the post and started to feel like an asshole for not liking a "baby on board" sign.

    Grow some thicker skin Turdboy.

Seems as if I struck a chord with you. Did I hit a little too close to home? Was that your wife? I'm not sure I even understand what the hell you're talking about but let me try to address it anyway.

Why would I halfway type something and then change it to a made up story because I felt bad? Wouldn't I just delete the post? I typically don't feel like an asshole. I am an asshole.

I see you caught my TRDBoy play on words. You must be a sharp one... :der:duh.

Yeah I don't love it either. But there is good wheeling every where. Thats why we moved to AZ. Both my parents went to Bloomfield High. and both of my Cousins go to Farmington High. I miss Green Chile. We can't get it here as easy. I have to wait for my grandmother to bring me some down.

I dont think there is anything wrong with those signs. Theres always people who carelessly haul ass around town. However, if one of them see that sign and second guesses the careless actions they might be fixing to take just one time.... it could save a life. Not saying everyone that does drive carelessly will pay attention to the sign and rethink their driving methods, but the sign pays for itself in a big way if it changes one persons driving style, even if just for the time they are around the "baby on board."

Now, as for the smoking part... yeah thats bullshit and they are a hypocrite!

You didn't strike a chord close to home. Nor did I, in any way, take your post as anything more than a rant from a kid who gets upset at everyday things. I was simply stating, in order to make your post anything more than a less than sensational one, the smoking bit was added. Just a theory.

If a single note had been struck, it was one of self reflection. One that I came to realize later in life. That the personality traits that bug me in my adult life were ones that were the most prevalent in my self during my youth. Ones that at the time seemed part of annoyances derived from life's little idiosyncrasies when, in fact, the annoyances observed were ones by listening parties. It wasn't until later in life that I grew thicker skin and was able to be less than furious about how other people live their life. I find that I am a calmer, more powerful person because of it.

As you can see, I am still working on it. Because I am ranting about someone ranting.

I added the turdboy because it sounded funny and is the sole reason my my truck doesn't have TRD stickers on it anymore. It always looked like turd.

I suppose your theory is logical and credible, but it's wrong. Sadly, I told the truth with that story. Smoking in the car in the presence of a baby with the windows up is not an "everyday thing". Yes, it did piss me off to see it and no, I'm not a kid.

Regarding your second paragraph, I'm glad to hear the self help books are working.

BTW, you're not the only smart person on this website. If your going to try to impress us with big words, fancy grammar, and deep thoughts by Jack Handey, be sure they at least make sense.
