trying to find a nice touchscreen

well my gf told me that she would get me pretty much anything for christmas/birthday so i decided that i wanted to replace the audio unit. basically im looking for suggestions on nice units, not too expensive though. id prefer a touch screen or something but im new at all the audio stuff so i dont know too much. let me know any suggestions you guys have. thanks

I just ordered the Clarion VZ409 for $300 off of ebay. I havent tested it out yet but based on the reviews that ive read it sounds like its going to be pretty awsome especially for 300 bucks which is pretty low compared to some other brands.

 

i suggest double din any kenwood, jvc, pioneer, sony should be good read lots and lots of reviews try crutchfield.com ... very useful site to get the right reviews on products ...

Haha. I was thinking the same thing.

Most of the name brand tough screens are nice anymore.

I chose the avn726e from eclipse. Nothing flashy but has great construction and has all the bells and whistles.

 

Please tell me if this unit from Eclipse works with the stirring wheel controls.
If yes, can you tell me the connectors #rs, prices, etc.

Haha. Yeah. It works. No adapters or secondary boxes or IR blasters. Just 3 wires. I did the research already and would be happy to give you a hand.
