I stripped my old shitty badges off and put my new 2nd gen badges over it. You can barely see the paint now.

A clay bar and a lot of patients works best for getting spray paint off. Be sure to keep your working surface well lubricated.

You can also use a chemical called AL SOL its like a weak paint thinner used to get tar and bugs of cars.

Ive actually dulled a razorblade and used it to remove road striping paint. When I detailed cars but I wouldnt do it with my truck. To dull the razorblade just hit it on the concrete sharp side down.

17 year old thought process at work...

(not meant to be offensive. I didn't think ahead well when 17 either. I don't think anyone does.)

There is a product called TSW (This Stuff Works) Plasti-Master. It will take it right off and not hurt your paint. They do a demo on an actual car to sell it. I work for Sherwin-Williams and my store keeps it in stock. Don't know if your local store would or not. It's pricey but works everytime. It is made specifically to get off graffiti.

i decal our trucks at work and ive learned that without patience, you will F up your paint!! as for all the other methods i will have to try some, but i use lacur thinner and a buffer. razor blades work wonders if you have a steady hand.

i do professional detailing and i normally spray some water on the area, lighty wipe with paint thiner ( no pressure on it), then wax over it. or if you not comfortable with that, then wet the area and clay bar it and then re-wax it.
