My bor in law lost a $1000 square when denver went for 2 instead of kicking the extra point. YOW!!!

$60 in squares and no win for me

    Hope Peyton retires now.

Damn! We usually only do $5 squares. Outside of football and texas hold em, I don't like to gamble. I love betting on football though.

Noit much for gambling either, save a couple of trips to the casino a year. Iusually limit myself to $100 per day on that.

I went to Vegas a few years ago and gambled a total of $60. My friend and his fiancee were losing like $500-$1000 per night and my wife and I hung out by the pool the whole time. The day we left, I put $10 on a craps game and lost it. I also put $50 on UGA winning the National Championship and the odds were 17:1 lol. I don't mind throwing in money to play Hold Em with my friends b/c that's actually fun and you get 3-4 hrs of entertainment from it, but as far as casino shit, I just don't like the return on that investment!

I've gone to Vegas twice and stuck to about the $100 per day rule there..in part because there's so much to do there besides gamble. Both times I rented a car and went to Red Rock Canyon, drove through the desert, and hit some of the tourist stuff like the World Famous Gold and Silver pawn shop. Got married my first time there April 27 2005 as well.

$500 and up a night yikes, I wish I had that kind of disposable income..

And agreed on Hold Em, win or lose it's a night with the guys which is rare for me to have at my age. I had a game last June and while I did win some cash it was mainly fun to have people over. Although they thought the deck was juiced in 5 card stud when I got 4 jacks off the deal!

I host a poker night every other weekend right now. This saturday is going to probably be $20 buy in with 6 people. 1st gets $100 and 2nd gets $20. Hard to beat a good night of poker.

Hurt my elbow today. Not sure how but it was during some dumbbell presses. I finished a set and I could feel tension. No when I bend my arm there is a slight pain. Guess it's leg day for a week :D.

Leg day went surprisingly well considering yesterday's events.

    Squat 135x10, 225x5, 325x10 345x8 365x6 375x4.

    Walking lunges 110 4x12
    Calf raises 315 4x30
    Leg extensions 220 4x10
    Laying hammy curls 140 4x10

Finished it up walking on the treadmill on a incline to sweat out the rest of the booze left in my system. Time to buckle down.

Yup, plus $20 and another $20 or so for food and drink is still a comparatively cheap night of fun

Yep, I am normally at $40 for the night plus lots of left over food from everyone else. It also helps that I win more than I lose :).

I was up at my last game. No bullshit, 5 card stud and the deal I had a Queen and 4 Jacks. Had to draw something so I dropped q and got 4. I tossed in $3, short stack all in for $10, next guy with $45 calls, I go all in with $60 and $45 calls. They flipped over full house and flush, and both nearly shit when I showed.

One wanted to punch the wall, I told him sure because I was ripping apart the kitchen anyhow!

Is it tendonitis or tennis elbow? I have it occasionally & it takes a while for it to go away.

Wasn't feelin it tonight, even after the preworkout. But, I somehow destroyed my triceps. Chest feels a little tight, but my triceps are roasted.

    Pyramid bench:
    185 x 10
    215x8
    245x6
    275x4
    305x2
    275x4
    245x6
    215x8
    185x10

    Body weight dips
    3x10

    Incline dumbbell bench
3 drop sets of 10 reps each: 70 drop to 40

    High-low cable flyes:
    3 sets of 10 at 50 lbs

    Single arm Triceps push down
    3 sets of 10 at 50

    Flat Cable flyes
    3 sets of 10 at 50

    Bench dips
    3 sets of 10

Now for some steady state cardio (walking at 3 mph at a 6 incline) while watching some Netflix...so probably 45 mins
