Help, I am getting a pile of engine codes!
The victim is a 2007 taco, 4.0, automatically shifted little Hotrod (see: "Aluminum Falcon" for more history on the machine)
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/btnewmans-aluminum-falcon-reincarnation.171415/

Here are a few screenshots from the torque app. And yes my gas cap is tight.
P0171, P0174, P043E, PO43F, P2401, P02402, P2419. Sometime more, sometimes less. I a feel a loss of power around 2k - 3k rpms, its not really consistent when it loses power, but I can jockey the throttle a little bit and bring it out of its loss. I have had it kill the engine twice, and had the loss happen bad enough to keep rpms from going over about 2700 rpms. Then I stopped, fueled up, and magically it went away, but it happens frequent enough to lead me to it now being bad fuel. As I fuel up lots of different places and still run into the issue. It is also getting slower to start, and kind of hiccups when initially starting.
I am stumped... Egr maybe? I replaced the pcv valve, which seemed to help for a bit. But its coming back.
I drive back and forth between Williston ND, and grand junction CO, every month, and really can't afford to have my car broken. So any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.

I'm thinking Oxygen sensors w/P0171 and maybe the evap canister w/P043F-P043E

P2401-P2402 Faulty Vacuum Pump Module,Vacuum Pump Module harness is open or shorted,Vacuum Pump Module circuit poor electrical connection,Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)

Have you done anything with the emissions stuff on the truck?

There must be a split vaccum line under hood or near charcoal canister.

Hit anything in the road that could have punctured the charcoal canister?

How long have you been running with the codes? With the engine running in open loop, you may be loading up the cat. That will be expensive.

Any idea how I could go around and start checking each item out? Only thing I have done is cut off the original muffler, and replaced it with a trd muffler.
Link is a little goofy... Brings up a list of modifications.
Possibility on the charcoal canister, i am guessing that the black canister thingy under the bed? I will start checking out the vacuum lines.... Gonna need some starting fluid....
I have been running with the codes for a few thousand miles. Hmmm, may be time for the cats to go... Or get some high flow cats.

Thank you guys, I will do some serious evaluations.

Starting a drive to north Dakota, do you guys think it would be a good idea to clear the codes and see how long they take to come back?

I would suggest looking under the hood, and under the truck to see if any of the electrical harness has been damaged. Random codes like those coming up, and going off and on just creams "short in harness" or "bad ground" to me.

Well this little project is starting to feel a lot like I am trying to find a disappearing needle in a haystack using only toilet plunger and a scuba mask...

So, I cleared the codes, and 380miles later the check engine light comes back on, this time I get different codes.
Bank 1 and bank 2 lean codes. It is now lightly surging around 2200 rps, and sometimes dies off like it hit the rev limiter when I throttle up quickly to pass someone. Wtf...

Little update. Still being retarded. This time I was able to graph the seizure.
    Lemme know what you think.

Talked to a yota tech, he suggests that it's the mass air flow sensor, any ideas where to get the original denso MAF at a reasonable price?
