Suicides at gun ranges is a huge problem.

Whatever ridiculous policies put in place to help thwart them is good to go in my book.

Every range that I've ever been to that has closed its doors is because they can't afford to stay open. Insurance is incredibly expensive, particularly when someone goes in and pops their melon (or someone else's).

Not to mention the new ones can't go up (well, not here in the bay) because of the cost, licensing, environmental cleanup, insurance, etc. Last I heard it was around $1mil/bay for an indoor range if you can get the permits approved.

Anyone down for a BLM range day?

And/or some hunting.. Haven't been since I was a kid and don't have more than a couple gunner friends, and neither hunt.

I would love to put some meat in my freezer.

At least its rebuildable if you try building one again. The Mod 1 stuff is discontinued last I checked (at least the KAC rail was).

I replaced my inner CV boot clamps (small end in middle of CV) with hose clamps because my CV's were leaking some grease. Do you think they can cause a front end vibration? I don't drive my 4runner (same front end as Tacoma's) much and didn't remember there being so much vibration before.

    Some really cool shit
Up until last year, I lived (17 years) about 8 blocks from the spot that those 4 Oakland PD officers were killed a few years bck. I played that game, as well. Moved up the hill a bit from there. Now I can hear the gun fire from Chabot. It's not that loud from that distance, but distinct.
