just noticed this, must have took a rock or something, never knew it happened. can I replace the lens, or do I have to replace the whole assembly?

Yellow / orange is suppose to help in fog and snow. That's what I've been told :notsure:

Yellow is better/more effective for fog. Smoke does nothing more than weaken light output.

I just swapped out the bulbs in my grill lights for Amber bulbs. It is almost always foggy going over the lake in the morning on my way to work. These help tremendously. Hard to tell from the pic, but they are yellow.

The thing about yellow bulbs is this.

When the weather is not bad, they don't really put out much light.

When the weather is bad (fog mostly, but rain and snow as well) they are more effective than "whiter" bulbs.
