Rears are 24.5" extended and 16" compressed, and they are on a completely stock truck.

So I'm looking around before pulling the trigger on anything. I like reading stories on the various threads about everyone's setup. I notice that no one really touches on what leaf springs to get. Assuming everyone is starting out with a stock truck and upgrading to UCA's and CO's...what about saggin/negative arch leaf springs. Some people can get away with running stock leaves and just upgrading the front. I have horrible sagging in the rear. So what would be a good setup. The jist of things(personal preferences aside) seem to be Camburg Uni's and RR shocks. I wheel pretty hard...well harder than my truck can usually handle. I'd like to get more out of my truck without blowing a ton on long travel, just a decent suspension. I was looking at Camburg UCA's, the Dakar's, and some shocks all from Wheelers. I haven't really looked elsewhere. I'm similarly in the same boat as OP. Daily driven with the occasional beating in the dunes or out on some trails. Thanks for the replies in advance.

Would a bilstein 5100 10" shock, Allpro 3" leaf pack, U-bolt flip (optional) be a decent MT rear setup or should I use a different rear shock? I wheel but no jumping. I will be swapping my lift out for a total chaos +2 kit. I want mt in the rear. Any budget suggestions?

Same setup I ran for a little while. Flexs good but my new Walker Evans 2.5" shocks are valved much better for high speeds. Depends on your driving style. For me the WE shocks are over damp for daily driving but they come alive when you start to push them. The 5100's were more in between for a good mix.

Over damp would be stiff. Under damp would be soft and bouncy. I have Walker Evans shocks on all 4 corners. I like them. And they look good on my red truck. Also have general grabber red letter mt's.

And by high speeds I mean shock speeds. Not necessarily vehicle speeds

I have seen those tires, they look nice. Im looking on allpro website and see the adj remote resivoirs for the walker evans, that would probably make the issue a little better if you made them soft. Im tempted to buy em, not bad price either. Decisions decisions. Billies are soo cheap tho, makes em tempting

You plan on running the All-Pro springs make sure you get the 2 inch Walker Evans shocks for 3 inch lift and you get the remote reservoir

On second thought you could run the shocks I am running. I'm on 4 inches of lift. They should work fine for three

I don't remember if the 2" body shocks come standard with reservoirs but you want them for that small of a body. You could also run the 2.5 for no lift and make them work for 3 inches of lift. I'm running those with 4 inches and they still have a few inches of down travel.
