what size tire best for offroad

    Will 20 inch wheels work ok with out any rubbing and if so whats best size tire to match with it

    I Shouldnt have problem with 20' tho.? Iv herd not go over 18 but i already have some grapplers LT265/60r20 from my chevy that i want to put on

    I would go 17" max for offroad..I wish I could have gone 15's tbh..but I will have to live with 16's

    uhh 16 max? I'm runnin 285/75/16 on a 3 in lift and they rub my wheel well esp locked to the right.
    Pretty damn annoying when offroading but ya know..

    16 inch rims and stock sized tires work all over the place on and off road. no need for bro-dozing unless you specifically
    are headed to known greasy mudholes and you need extra paddling action of huge knobs. even then a stock size
    will be fine...I have pushed my 4runner though tons of crazy crap and some mud holes and pits on stock 16's and michelin LTX's ...but these were normal 4x4 roads (what I consider ordinary offroading) and not super deep powerline mudpits (what I consider you need bigger meats to tackle).

    Its not lifted but will be doing lots of offroading from beach to desert to mountains to what ever i find while traveling . If i can go up from stock i will beacuase i need to purchase new wheels and tires anyways has stock wheels and shitty firestone tires on it.
