I'll wear my hoodie in the gym when it's cold outside to get me warmed up, then I'll take them off.

Truth is I just refused to be seen without a pump.

Thinking about starting my cut a month early (the end of this month). I haven't been able to get past 165 (175 goal), but I think I'm going to try to cut a little slower. See if I can keep more muscle and strength this time through. Thoughts?

Ha I'm doing the slap opposite. I'm not cutting until I hit 215-220. Was 208 last night.

I only wear Lucky jeans. My wife finds them at TJ Maxx for less than $30. She says they make my butt look good.

I wear hoodies/zip up jackets with hoods to the gym and usually through my warm up but then I shed them. They always have sleeves, my undershirt never does...

I do have 1 hoodie that I hacked the sleeves off of but I only wear it at home and usually only at night like for "pajamas"

Eh, I figure if l do it slower (last year I lost 18 lbs in about 2 months), I'll lose less strength and hopefully keep more size.

Plus, this new lady friend I've been hanging out with is dieting before she goes to Vegas with her family in May, so it'll just make things easier. Lol.

AND, I'm just tired of feeling fat.
That's what I figured, too. Gradually work my way down from 4000 calories a day, gradually lower the carbs. Maybe I won't be an asshole to around if I slowly ween myself off the carbs

On my last cut was at 300-350 carbs a day and I still got good results. Next time I cut I might try carb cycling.

also for you guys who are always doing cuts/masses check out RP strength they do diet templates which are pretty sweet, iv been seeing lots of people on IG and Facebook making huge gains with them mostly bodybuilders and powerlifters but now crossfiters are starting to jump on it too. they have a huge Facebook group with a few thousand members if you join and lots of resources too i picked up the massing template about a month ago but haven't gotten time to start yet.

look for the templates they are like 80 bucks ea. depending if you want massing or cutting. if you do the actual diet plans they offer your gone spend a shit ton of money

I know I'm not the poster child of being lean, but I just use the free online IIFYM calculators. It basically tells you to eat your bodyweight in grams of protein, no more than 60-70 grams of fat and to fill the rest with carbs. The lowest my carbs ever get to are around 250 grams. That being said, I don't ever get below around 10% bodyfat because I like to eat crap and drink alcohol pretty frequently on my cuts, too.

I might buy the book but damn those prices! The cost of science . There is probably a poor tech making $10 an hour creating these plans haha.

Eat/lift and you will gain muscle. Just like you can get over being sick to your stomach by powering through it. Or you can mix salt and sugar in warm water and feel better in a short period of time. Which is easier?

I like reading about the science used behind programs and diets but I would never pay for a specific program...especially one done through email

I couldn't be buddies with a bieber type pansy, I'd want to choke them with a jump rope and smack them with the ends.. I'm beginning to wonder what they're putting in some proprietary blends, must be some mega doses of soy in such (or estrogen boosters of sorts). Maybe it's a new secret thing called testerogen, allows you to have some gains but you're man hood turns lame. Have you ever noticed milk leaking from nips?
