Does this happen often? Is there a way to prevent this with the 63s?

I've heard it happen often with 63's. That's one reason I didn't go with them.

Vibrations can be other things like the carrier bearing. Some aftermarket leafs come with the angled shims.

My Deavers didn't come with any and I haven't had any issues with wrap or vibs.

Solid mounting the carrier bearing can bring on vibs also. Right Jason?

Don't take my word cause that's just some of the research I found. Not sure if it's true or not

4x innovations but you have to be carful because theirs don't allow for as much droop as I have (or anyone with a 12" travel rear shock)

There are pros and cons of 63s, in my opinion the pros outweigh the cons.. So I'm swapping..

Dude run the 63s. Wheel see what happens. Don't base your decision on the 63s before you actually wheel like this guy lol
