I agree I've been use to 1.20s for a while. I'd hate going back to the 1.40s

our oil companies are taking massive hits out here in OK due to low oil prices. LOTS of layoffs. Hell, we had 4 different companies down the street from us and 3 closed up the offices and combined elsewhere.

Oil companies have been raping the average American for years in artificially inflated oil and gas prices. It's time to rape them back. Sad to see the jobs be lost, but it's their fault. They enjoying the huge profits and spending lavashly for years.

Well said. I agree 10000%. Around my parts nobody in the oil business saved any money and never thought oil would drop. They all drove around huge lifted diesels with "oil money" stickers acting like d bags. I don't really feel sorry for them at all

The oil price is not high enough to support domestic production. I know it's cyclical and we are just at the bottom right now. Not the first time nor the last.

I rather pay double for gas but keep a ton of people employed, that's better for everyone in the long run.

Most folks are not capable of thinking beyond the next dollar they spend. After OPEC cripples the domestic producers they will have everyone by the nuts again and we'll start all over. If the domestics did not develop and refine the fracking technology we would be at $150 per barrel now instead of $30. At the end of the day though it's their game and their rules. Enjoy while it lasts. Oh, and you are welcome.

Whoa. Gas is sitting around $1.00 CAN/litre right now. I was paying $1.30 just a few months back. Crazy that you can get a gallon for close to what we are paying for a litre.

Ya for sure. We're still getting shafted even with the current rate though.
