    that door plate psi rating is for oem tires if I remember correctly.

    Yes it is but he initially said he had goodyear adventures (which I believe are OEM) and I didn't see where he said he was running aftermarket or over-sized tires. He did mention it in a later post that he was running larger than OEM sized tires so that obviously changes the suggested PSI ratings.

    Not that it matters much in this discussion but I went from an 06 Tundra with a 24 gallon tank 16.6 MPG, and I am getting the exact same miles per tank now which is fine by me (18.9 MPG)

    Apologies for not being more descriptive. Truck came with Toyo tires 265/65/17. Put on the adventures as soon as I could. I drive in deep snow a lot so needed something more aggressive. I think the adventures are going to be OEM on the new pro.
