    I order from Camelback a lot. Why? Because the local dealers won't give me anything better than 10% off MSRP. With the lack of taxes and catching the free shipping, it is quite the deal. Coupling that with 2 day FedEx service since I'm only a state away, ordering on a Sunday night gets me my parts by the next weekend when I have the time for the job.

    What a TW presence means is good customer service. Leave a post and a part number magically appears. No sifting through the Toyota db yourself. Sure, you could call them but have to do it during their business hours. Some people don't necessarily have the time during the day.

    Not sure why so much grief. Don't want to do business, unsubscribe and walk away. Want a discount, simply ask but no reason to be all butt hurt if there isn't.
