ha, yes. and I just noticed your post above. that could very well be the problem because it is fine near the edges where the rails compress the hell out of the weather stripping.

OK, first, Thank You Ramon, I think they (BAK) got it (Rails) right Revolver X2 even if FedEx got it wrong. I was in work yesterday and got a notification from FedEx that my cover was delivered, a day early too, very cool! I get home from work, no package walk around the whole house no package. Ugggh, call FedEx to see what is up, give them all the details. They say they will get back to me within 2 hours. As soon as I hang up the phone it rings, it is a guy two streets over from me saying that my package was delivered to his house and it is on his front lawn. WTF! I drive over there, address on package was right driver must have just dozed off. Everything was fine, no damage. Brought the boxes in the house for the night to warm them up, it is like 10* here. I installed the cover this afternoon, it took about 1 hour, very nice. Rails were great! Install was smooth. I am very, very, very happy they did not let me cancel my order. The only thing I see that is cheaply made is the plastic tie downs they give you for when you are traveling with the cover rolled up, they will last maybe a year or so. Bed extender still works but with a catch. I have the quick release latches, the extender will not rotate past the slam latch system like they told me it would not. I could do it if I force it but I will scratch the extender so all you have to do is if you want it in the truck put it in position then lock it down with the quick release latch if you want the bed extended you have to fully release it again put it in position on tailgate then lock it down takes 30 seconds no big deal. Now I just need the temp to get above 20* so the sun can help lay the cover flat. One more shout out for Ramon. Thank you for all your hard work putting this together!

I meant to say that thank you no I did not put any weather stripping on bed rail. My bed rail already sits up about an 1/8" higher than the sides.

Bed mat helps too...big time. I can see how someone can end up with sore knees with the bed ridges.
