    Nah, its the same shit until about 9. My wife always wants to wait, and we've made that trip a bunch of times. I'd rather just get on the road and maybe get in a quick lane or something than sit around and hope it dies down. We tested it one time, where we left at 5 and the sister in laws left at like 7:30ish and we showed up in OC a good hour and a half ahead of them.
