Well lets say that we sold at the height of the market and the homes are still cheaper than we sold for.. There are still some good deals in the neighborhood from $95,000-$150,000 range from what I saw....There is one house on Powhaten that I know sold for over $365,000 in 2003 and now is at $157,000. We sold our house in less than 72 hours and had over 25 offers...

It's still kind of a hot area that's for sure with the proximity to down town. I do miss it If ever move back to Tampa it's on my list of places to move into again....

Yup. That's why my post-season cleaning regimen includes pulling off the brake drums and rotors and power washing the insides.

I can hear my drums every time I hit the brakes now. This is added to my to-do list as well.

Afraid of what you might find? I'll be doing it soon. Dunno when exactly. Still have a bit of a list of crap to address. Washed the exterior of the truck yesterday, including laying underneath it and power washing the underside. Today I had to clean and oil all my tools. They got rained on while we were out there. Also took everything out of the box and vacuumed the accumulated dirt out of it. Tomorrow, I'm gonna tackle cleaning the inside where crap came in the window.

I still need to drop my skid to pull my starter and clean the solenoid out, as well as power wash the are under the skid. then I need to pull my LCA cams and clean the lube off them before I take it back to the alignment guy...again. He's not going to be happy to see me. :p Of course, to get the rear eccentrics out, that means I'm going to have to pull the steering rack bolts to get it out of the way. Lot's of work to be done.

I'll try and let you know before I pull the drums though, Wes, if you really want to see it.

I kinda hope I can just get tons soon so I can neglect that. I do need to power wash the underside better
