I'll measure mine when I get the chance. I don't have a center console... The seats are pretty close to the door handle. I can still fit my hand in there.

Hey guys, I know over the last few months a few people have contacted me about hanging out at the Mint. I think our "pit crew" is mostly set so we won't plan to put anyone to work but happy to have a few of you around if you want to come share the experience. If you messaged me recently about the Mint, shoot me another email to tpfracing@gmail.com

I'll get your contact info and we'll make sure we get you a wrist band so you can come hang out at Main pit if you're interested. Less than a month away and looking like 8+ trucks entered so double last years turn out. Should be a blast!

Yeah, I have mine down to $29,500. Not sure what the sweet spot is. Have had a few people email/text me off race desert but they seem to just be kicking tires. Rondog just sold his for 23k, but that just seems way too low.

Been told that more than a few times in the past month or so! Been told it was 3 peoples dream truck, and I don't think the listed price is unfair. Guess people are just low on the monies.

the toyota market is just very niche, whoever buys anyone of these trucks is most likely already a Toyota driver and just wants something more finished.

I think it's a fair price. Hell, your truck stock would probably pull $17-$18. And I'm sure you've got $15-20 in it.

If I only had 15-20 into it I would sell it for less lol

I feel like your price is pretty damn fair, considering I see people with mid travel and around the same miles trying to sell for around the same.

I sold my 05 two years ago with 150,000 miles and mostly mid travel stuff done (granted it was an insanely clean truck) for 17,500 and sold it in two days. Now im in the same situation as you trying to sell my truck for 21,000 and only getting tire kickers.

I think people are right its a niche market with toyota just because the base stock price of our trucks is so high that for the price of our trucks you can get a crazy built ranger or something, then again the reliability of a tacoma as a dd/prerunner is hard to beat

edit: had a guy with a built single cab tundra from dubai interested surprisingly, but he said he needed 4x4...maybe your truck could be the one for him haha

No you guys are suffer because 2nd gens are now "old". Your asking the same for a brand new 3rd gen that has warranty and shit.

Sure, not the same truck in a lot of ways. But still. Hard to pass up. It's no different than looking at 1st gen prices to 2nd gens just a few years ago.

I guess, but a built long travel rig is not a truck competing for someone looking to buy a brand new tacoma. Different market.

Doesn't matter. The value of your truck is now less because there is a newer version.

    That's my point.

Im pretty sure 3rd gens are about 40,000 msrp arent they? I get that a new model would bring prices down but considering even a 20 year old tacoma with low miles can be sold for a pretty penny, I would say the resell value of tacomas alone means the impact of 3rd gens isnt crazy. If we were selling stock 2nd gens with low miles I would agree but the market for a longtravel 2nd gen and a bone stock 3rd gen isnt really the same...
