    While I'm grateful they patrol our neighborhood, they sat like that and talked for a solid 5-7 min. Couple cars even squeezed by on the left.

    What all certifies you to be handicapped?? 9 time out of 10 someone with a handicapped sticker walks just fine to me.

    There some kids here at school that has one and he goes to gym everyday. :notsure:

    Im not sure if that comment is intended to be rude to me or not, but my cousin's daughter has multiple sclerosis. She's wheelchair bound.
    Her parents only park in the handicapped spots when she is in the cat so it's even more annoying when someone parks there illegally.
