Thanks! No rubbing yet, and I did a few full turns fully cranked in a parking lot yesterday after getting the wheels mounted to check. Haven't had it off road, so no comment on that just yet. Hopefully I won't have to shave anything and I didn't plan on installing mudflaps.

Great looking rig! Did the dealership add the leather seats? they look great with the color stitching and TRD logo. happy with the fitment?

Got some mud on it the other week so this week I gave it its first bath, hydrophobic coat, and wax. No actual mods yet, but planning a cap and level kit soon as I sell my car.

I used Nanoskins Hydro Express as lubricant for their Autoscrub polisher. Worked really well even without wax. I did the Hydro Express with the Autoscrub yesterday and the wax this morning, but even before I put the wax on today, the morning dew was beading up really nicely.

Dad got jealous and swapped his 2014 to. Just a Basic 2WD 4CYL but it looks pretty good. Grille and Wheels look nice for a cheap model..

To each their own. If you like it that's great, I think it looks a little off

    Nice! Congrats to your pops.

I haven't seen the 4 Cyl's in person. Are they the same size as the V6 counterpart?

Painted mud flaps. Novel idea but not a huge fan. Maybe if I see a few it might grow on me. I had a painted set that transitioned to running boards for a 2 tone Ford that looked more "factory". Had black on previous Tacomas and always liked them. Def have a need for them on these trucks. A+ for effort and you might just end up being a trend setter.

I prefer not to have mud flaps,

All of a sudden no one wants to tail gate behind me? :notsure:
