My hoses are black, not clear. And I had 8 'clamps' total, although they aren't really clamps, more like aluminum 'S' brackets, see the pic. If you have a SB there is 4 on each side, LB should be 5 per side. The install is really straight forward.

Okay that's what I got in the package too thanks for the clarification. So you removed the stock rail and moved it down?

Sprayed it good with water. Nothing down the side of the front t under the window with no foam seal seal.

I did have some water coming in over the wheel well. Not enough that I personally am concerned with to make adjustments right now. Some of the water was just from opening the cover.

Here's a picture. Those silver lookin s clamps slide onto the Bak rail and at the bottom of the s clamps is a hole to screw on your factory rail.

Note the top of the s clamp has holes...use the provided long screws to bolt the Bak rail where the factory rails were originally.

The bulkhead weatherstripping could also be a cushion to help prevent rattling from vibrations. Hope all goes well. Thanks for all the info.

Got the cover installed!! Thanks again @ramonortiz55 for putting this group buy together. Some seals are separating but all in all I'm happy with the way it looks.

I've got a little over an inch of snow so far and so far nothing in the bed except for what fell in when I opened the tailgate. So far so good for my revolver x2.

I would but I be banned from making suspension, engine and exhaust mods on the truck any time in the near future. Been there done that on the last four cars and not willing to take an ass beating again from the ball and pain. The tonnaeu was WELL received and got props on that purchase thank gawd.

I'm in for some nice floor mats when those come around again. :D

Weathtechs or Huskies. I've heard members say good things about both of them.

I'm limited to interior decorating after last weeks purchase of the reflective Tacoma tailgate decal. Don't make me turn in my man card!
