Wind noise found - lets fix it!

TRD double cab, have the howling.. Does occur if wind 20-30 and stopped as well. Mine occurs on both sides of the vehicle. Sounds more up front by the mirrors as well or front window pillar area. I'll subscribe and see if any of you can find it. I might try using air compressor and air handle blowing at the side of the car with the wife inside and see if I can recreate it with the air forced near the problem spot. Or anyone one else that wants to beat me too it.

That sounds exactly like the noise I hear. I can be stopped with the engine off, and I can hear the howl in a cross wind. Glad I'm not the only one with the howl.

 

I have a 4 cyl AC SR and I have the howling in a cross wind even if I'm stopped with the engine off. I had a 2015 SR with the same problem. The noise sounds like it is on the left and at the top corner of the access door.

 

I seemed to recall there was a fix from Toyota for this issue. I believe they adjust the doors to get rid of it. I could be wrong.
