If anyone in the Phoenix area is looking for some upper control arms, my buddy has a brand new set of total chaos that he is trying to get rid of. Ordered them a few months ago, but decided to go with a full icon kit. Box has been opened, but nothing has been installed. Should fit 2nd gen Tacoma, fj cruiser and 4th gen 4Runner. I say the phx area because I will be heading down that way this weekend. Think he is asking $50 under full retail. Pm me if you're interested.

I forget who I was talking to....

But @swalters t4r averaged 16.67 mpg this weekends camping trip. That includes the offroading, idling and highway. We drove mostly the speed limit, then went about 5 over in the city.

Nothing at the moment. We want to install wood flooring in the office to match the living room and hall and replace carpet in other rooms. Then paint the whole house. To many other bills and 'wants' right now :)

    My selection of stands...

I've got 4 of the little 2 tons that probably came in kits with small trolley jacks in school. They really only get used for axles when they are out of the vehicle.

I have a pair of the 6 tons. First set I got in high school. Good for axle level/height under the rig.

Then a pair of the big 12 ton-ers. I think I got them from Northen Tool when I was living in TN and working on my first big Yota project. They are good and solid and useful. Every once in a while, I do max them out and wish for taller. But the wish-list 2 post lift probably makes more sense at that point.

It looks like Harbor Freight has pairs of 12 Ton Stands for a little over $100. If doing regular work on lifted trucks, they sure do help. I haven't actually touched the HF stands, but worth a look.

A couple adjustable pipe stands that get up in the 3-4' range could be good for some fab work also.

Jack stands are invaluable for various work. I have the small ones and the 12's as well as the next size up.

Sadly I come from a low car world, all I have is 4 small 2 ton stands. Had to borrow 12 tons from a friend to do my lift last night.

I hear that man. Flooring really isn't that hard. Just takes time and patience.

Do you have a bushing on the bottom of one as a spacer and not the other?
