    Just a bunch of old crap
    My '06 steering wheel is original and I've never had a cover on it. It has sat in my driveway in the AZ sun for 10 years and shows no sign of actual wear. It gets some hand grime buildup every once in a while, but it cleans right off. No signs of the leather deteriorating. I've Armor All'd it a few times in its life but not on any regular basis. Less than once a year.

    Mine has a lot of wear unfortunately, whoever had it before had a dog that liked to chew so the ac control knobs need replaced and the steering wheel is scratched up :mad:

    I used this same one on my 2010 F150 . It was on there for 3 years and 90,000 miles and was just starting to show a little wear on the thread. Bought mine from Advance Auto Parts for like 15 dollars.

    Anyone else hate the look of steering wheel covers? Its gotta fit like a glove and look damn near OEM, otherwise it looks cheap to me.

    That being said, I'm still watching out for this thread for ideas.

    I posted mine above^.It matches my interior and fits like a glove!Was a bit of a challenge getting on and at first i thought my steering wheel felt bulky/oversized!So i can kinda relate to where your coming from!Absolutely dig mine though and is still solid/like new after almost 4yrs!

    Not bad. I used a neoprene one from auto zone kinda like that but it got stretched out and collected dirt like no other.
    It sucked other than how it fit before getting blown out.
