I'd have bought a cheap sub 3k if I wasn't spending $$$ on the Tacoma. Now I'm dealing with a little surprise so truck funds are rapidly becoming baby funds

Yeah that's my problem, too many truck and gun parts to buy to be spending money on another car... not to mention the daily driver I want to get is 8k more than the truck was

My roommate has you all beat. 2006 Accord with 46k. It's been his only vehicle and it's been from Keizer to Seattle a few times, round trip between Hillsboro and Sacramento, and he even had a job commuting from Hillsboro to Astoria.
He really doesn't get out unless the groceries are gone or I drag him somewhere

I put 198 miles on my Ford Ranger in 2 years. I did have a work truck I was driving at the time though. I have since traded the ranger in for the taco and just hit 6k after 11 months.

So i might be looking for a part time job. Honestly I don't need the extra income, but holy shit, that means I could dedicate an entire job to the sole purpose of funding my truck.

Anyone have an idea of what a guy could fetch for a full trd pro suspension off a 4runner with 2500-3000 miles? I know there are a few 4runner guys that lurk here. A buddy recently got a 2016 4runner pro, and has decided the suspension from the factory isn't good enough for him.

hey guys any chance you guys could shed some light on places with wood trails and cool things to see and visit? I plan on going to Oregon and Washington this summer from san diego on the 101 all the way up. I have a list of lakes and such to visit but I now most of them are centrally located which is okay but is there anything on the coast? Any good trails?
Sorry for a SOCAL thread member to post on here haha. Any advice is welcome!

Somehow I don't think he'll go for that deal. :D

I got him to realize he should have got the trail edition instead. After he had it shipped from south Carolina.

Welcome man! There are so many places to see here I don't think you could name them all. Ocean shores, Wa/Astoria OR area is nice if you want to spend a day by the ocean, drive on the beach and all. Here is a good site for a lot of the trails in Wa http://nwjeepn.com/WAtrails.htm we frequent Gallagher Head Lake in the summer, easy but fun trail and very good views at the top with lots of camping.
There is TSF (Tillamook State Forest) with a ton of wheeling trails of all variety just west of Portland. A lot of forest service roads can get you to the top of mountains and get you good views, just have to know which ones.
Funny Rocks/Moon rocks is a really fun place to go in Washington too.

When do you plan on coming up? We will definitely organize at least one camping trip for the time your up here with other TW members.

Oh awesome man! Ill check those spots out online! I plan on coming with my gf and camping along the way. I have to buy a shell and some extra recovery gear before hand. I think we're leaving may 21 right after school and my birthday, driving up from san diego camping in big sur, visit Yosemite, and head up to washington where Im not sure were to set up camp for a night or so to go visit some places and lakes, spend like 2 days going around there then go to oregon and do the same before trying to come back.
Oregon - Sparks Lake, Witches Castle, Mount Hood, Pittock Mansion, Opal Creek Wilderness (Three Pools)
Washington - Picture Lake, Cape Flattery, Gothic Basin, Lake Wilderness, Rodney Falls, Battleground Lake, Lake 22 Trail
Are some of the Places Ive seen online but have no clue if they are anywhere near each other ?!

I am hitting Seattle in September, don't know about Joe. This September, I will be running it with my brothers, both older and younger. Sounds like my older bro already set up a team and he has a bunch of people from his office that will be on the team as well
