It might be the ammo, maybe. Get a few boxes of solid SD ammo like Hornady or Federal, it ain't cheap but if you are failing with that it's not the ammo.

Someone gave me these tips after watching me one day. You can argue this if you wish but it helped me out on more than one problem I was having. Assuming you are right handed, put more emphasis on your left hand holding the weapon steady, your right hand is focused on trigger pull. Bend your elbows slightly, don't lock them. Keep a slightly forward stance.

FTF can be limp wristing where the slide goes back far enough to eject but not all the way back to get a strong battery on the next round. It can also be tight mags. See if it fails with only 2 or 3 rounds in them. If it does not store the mags fully loaded for a couple weeks. These things need breaking in. Go put 200 through it, clean, lube and repeat a few times.

Thanks guys. It's an extended one I tossed in years ago. It's great, and useful but it digs into my side on holsters that aren't high enough. I'm having another custom holster done by warbird holsters. I get my 1911 holster in this week as well. 5 week turn around

Anybody in here have a Theis holster? Just got one in the other day for my Springfield LW Champion Operator and it is fantastic. Build quality is rock solid.

(Not my pic but very similar)

I'm in a dilemma... my buddy offered to sell his Glock 19 (less then 600 rounds fired) to me for $400 or I get the TRD Pro grille :D

Just seeing if anybody else out there was rocking a Theis holster. Handmade for any specific gun configuration and it's a one-man-band operation - received it in 2 days after ordering. Always like to support small American businesses.

I use a zorn appendix holster, another very small holster shop. There are too many small sheath/holster/whatever shops out there to be able to support all of them lol. I just picked a local one.

I've never looked at theis, thinking about buying an aliengear cloak 3 for my G27 thoug. Maybe I'll check them out before I order. It looks a lot like the Foxx I have for my m&p shield. @Incognito can you throw up a few pics of yours, interested to see the backing as well as the kydex quality

Although I'm not a glock fan (they are outstanding firearms, but just don't feel right in my hand), I'd have to also say G19.

I have an aliengear cloaktuck 3, havent used it since i got my appendix holster. My shirt would always ride up and get caught between the butt of the pistol and my back.
