My cut began yesterday... imma get so little! It's gonna take me a solid 3 months to get where I got last summer. I went a little hogwild this winter... and actually didn't even eclipse my weight or strength from last winter. Bummer. That being said I don't want to be actively cutting deep into July again either. I guess if I do I'd better be getting really shredded at that point.

Pretty sure you could just get some beta alanine and add a little bit into an existing pre workout, be a little easier that way lmao.

I only get it every once in a while now. I cycle off my pre for a week or so every couple of months and I'll get that feeling when I get back on.

Vitamin Shoppe sells beta-alanine on its own. Just snort it. Should do the trick

Anything over 4 or 5 reps is terrible. I just want to throw that out there. I think I'm dying.

    I agree. I'll normally do 8-6-4-4-2 or just 6-4-4-2.

My quads don't want to work.

    I normally do 4x4 or 5x5.

I did 5x15 tonight , lightweight, on squats. And 5 sets of leg extensions, and leg curls.

So I dunno if y'all remember the fucktard that works with me that doles out the fitness and dieting advice at 130 lbs. b/c he's an "expert" at P-90X. Well, I was eating my chocolate poptart this morning and he walked by and said, "dude, you know pop tarts have like no nutritional value." I just stared at him for a second and said, "dude, you know poptarts have carbs, right? Well, I love carbs. You should try them" and just continued eating. I wanna choke slam this dude.

I don't ever really strive to hit certain #'s as far as reps go, but I always make it a point to be in the 6-15 rep range for most stuff. On legs, I'll usually go a little higher, from anywhere from 6-25 reps. If I'm doing my upper/lower split, I'll do a high and low rep day.

The main thing for me is making sure the last rep is the last one I could do without breaking good form. I always have to get onto my wife when we workout together because she'll do a set of 10 and I'll always ask her if she could've done 1 more and she always says yes.

Same here. I've never even seen it, outside of that clip. Her commercials for her show are terrible, though.

I might. He's always telling people how he's below 10% body fat and I'm like, "dude, you probably look like a raw chicken wing with your shirt off."
