    Lol, I dont mind most feminist and generally agree with many of the topics brought up. This one just constantly talks about gender identification and how it explains everything about everyone. We were discussing why being a cowboy would appeal to recently freed slaves. She believed it solely had to do with men trying to compete with each other. While it was as simple as being appreciated for the hard work they contributed and the skills they obtained. The discussion was completely derailed and seemed very direct at a select few in the class.

    I would not survive in that class lol. That's like all the people getting up in arms about race issues. You can make anything a race/gender/equality issue if you try hard enough.

    Also, I was kidding about getting mad about intolerant people. I'm all about free speech, but I'm also all about not being an asshole to people for no reason. I hate everyone equally

    how to train for desired outcomes
    For instance. Higher rep range grows sacroplasmic aspect of muscle better which is great for growing big. However it helps little to increase your strength or power and vise versa

    Well, for strength it says the best is 1-3 reps and for sacroplasmic hypertrophy it says from 13-20, so for a combo of the two, you be between 1 and 20 (minus reps 4-12, though)

    Edit: so, if you did 2 chest days per week and did one day of reps ranges 1-3 and the next day rep ranges 13-20, you're getting the best of both worlds, unless I'm just missing something...

    I always love when the fitness guys show their workouts on YouTube and always are like "do this exercise 4 sets 6-30 reps". Like Dah fuq, that's a pretty wide range to get your results.

    I guess, but I'd shoot for the sweet spot in the middle instead if you're going for the best of both worlds. I think the chart helps you more if you're leaning one way more then the other. Example- A bodybuilder doesn't need the strength to go with the size so for him, training in the 1-3 rep range is rather pointless but 10-20 would be rather beneficial.
