First of all I wanted to say that I have tried to search it and I haven't found anything really similar to what I have going on. Second of all I added the picture so we all know what truck I am talking about. 2008 dclb Trd sport, ome 886 and Dakar leaf pack, hankook mt 315/70/17, factory gearing currently (I know and I'm working on it)

So it has happened to me a few times I was getting on the freeway at a constant speed and went to give it a little more gas and it didn't do anything. Let off and got back in it and it accelerated like normal. I just got new work boots so it seemed justified, maybe I wasn't hitting the pedal or something. This morning I was driving to work staying at a constant 60 miles an hour on the speedometer so truly closer to 65. I went to give it gas and nothing, let out and got back in it and nothing, so I let out and got back in it all the way to the floor and it started accelerating like normal. Just seeing if anybody has any ideas on where to start. Sorry for the long read.

    Cliff notes
    35s on stock gears
Going a constant speed the throttle doesn't respond randomly. It's only happened 3 times but I'm freaking out.

Sounds like it could be a bad sensor.
You should have someone scan it, with a good scanner that can check the output of sensors at the gas pedal assembly and throttle body.
Make sure if you have floor mats, that you don't have it pushed under the pedal assembly.

    Keep us updated.

Thanks for the reply, I'm going to see about a scan tool in the next day or so. The floor mat isn't even close but I did check it lol it has 135k miles by the way.
