Hahhaa fuck, would if i could! Were having a bit of a 'family/friends' party Saturday, she hasnt been back to cali in over a year so of course everyone wants to see her that saturday

 

I lived in Ohio for a few years, Columbus.

 

I use a twin size. Forget the name but it isn't Coleman. It fits perfectly between the wheels. I love it.

Invest on backpacking gear which is minimalist. Cause more money but save ls you a lot of space. Some of them are self inflate and most of them are insulated.

The primitive camp ground near the entrance of Fish Creek have those "concrete fire rings". From what I remember, there are about 5 camp spots and each one has it's own fire ring. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to still bring a drum though. I haven't been to that camp site almost 2yrs now.

Also, the brick outhouse is actually pretty clean inside, but be SURE to bring some sort of lamp/lantern/headlight for those possible late night excursions. Finally, word of warning, I went inside one night and was very startled as a HUGE centipede crawled very near my leg!!! No joke, it was that big of a centipede and didn't, by any means, look "natural" to have been able to grow to that size?! Watch out for the Horse Fly's as well!!! One of those bastards landed on my knee one time and before I could even react, the damn thing bit and literally drew blood!!! Supposedly, there are scorpions that crawl around at night and they "glow" if someone was to shine a black light?! I still have yet to see any scorpions though. Never experienced any snakes yet, but you can tell that they are there. Finally, you may see the desert iguana's... those bastards are QUICK!!!

Ive caught desert scorpions out in ocotillo, they definitely glow under black light, pretty cool.

 

just FYI guys there are some scammers on craigslist selling fake RTT's

 

RTT is hard to come by in CL. If they don't post actual picture of the RTT, don't even bother.

 

That would be a pretty cool/freaky thing to see in person. Never experienced something like that before? Well, you have proven the stories that I have heard then. Pretty cool.
