Powerade Zero or Propel mix and water. For energy I drink BCAA.

I've been doing the Monster drinks for a few weeks being that I've been up till about 2AM on weeknights a lot

Only things I drink are water, beer and coffee. I can't do energy drinks, just too sweet for me.

Coffee doesn't seem to effect me sadly. I do like the taste of a nice ice coffee but I can drink 2-3 large Starbucks ice coffees and then pass right out. I do drink quite a bit of water if I have to pee all the time I can't be tired lol.

I was a huge soda drinker my whole life. 2-3 2 liter bottles of Mt Dew a day. I'm basically immune to caffeine.

Just about a pot of coffee a day for me.
Old farts like me require it.

I'm not a coffee person. I'm really not a hot drink person (coffee, tea, cocoa, etc) in general. I try iced coffee from time to time and just can't do it.

I don't drink alcohol, never actually tried it honestly. Soda is my weakness. I was annoyed when Diet Pepsi changed their formulation, so now I drink regular soda again mainly with the occasional Diet Pepsi, but just try and drink less.

Soda is my weekness too, but high fructose corn syrup ruined it for me though, so I stick to soda with real sugar. As far as coffee, I drink it hot, even if it's 100° ot.

Awe-man, hot coffee in summer I can only do it as soon as I get up in the morning. Even then if it's too warm I wait till I can get an iced coffee or make my own. As soon as the weather changes so does my coffee preference.

I've been known to have an old school Dew now and then. You should try the Dew Shine, mmm

It's like mountain dew, it's popular in the south. I think I've seen it up here? But I think it's made with cane sugar, it's yummy

Sounds like the "original" Dew they make now. Try the Dew'shine, can find it in the supermarket. Buffalo Wild wings served it when I went a few months ago.

WTF! Is that his heart bugging the F out?!

    I thought so too!

For myself it depends on what flavor it is, etc. Some do taste nasty though.

I love coffee still drink more than I'd probably healthy but it's delicious. Haven't touched soda in around 8 months though never drank much of it anyways. Been making a conscious effort to drink more water and I think the water helps more than the coffee does to help me feel awake.

I used to guzzle coffee when I was working nights, and when I was working at a garage, but that was because of the hours. Working nights I needed it to stay awake, and working at a garage the hours were all over the place. Some mornings I'd open so I'd have to be there for 6:30am, and then the next day I'd be working a closing shift so I'd be there until 10pm. Definitely needed coffee then, because that sucked.
Now I'm on a regularly scheduled program and I usually only need 1 cup in the morning. Sometimes if it's a long slow day I'll have another one around 2-ish. And water all day. And then beer at night. :D
Or maybe a whisky if I'm in the mood for it, lol.

Also, good morning faces. And I can't believe we're still talking about this.

Morning all. I love my coffee, I don't care if it is hot or iced. I don't care what time of day it is. I am a huge fan of a double espresso after dinner.
