Nah, it's still easy.

 

LED headlights aren't quite up to par, there are many different brands and people have had a lot of mixed luck with them. I have lifetimeled headlights in my wifes and have had a lot of bad luck with output, and bulbs going out. She doesn't like them either lol wants me to put Halogens back in. Foglights should be fine because they aren't as Vital, so maybe test your luck with them in the fogs?

 

But if I buy a light bar, wouldn't that eliminate the need for fogs?

 

lol well that depends on how pissed off someone makes you. Or how blind you are.

 

lol - I have just spent more time driving at night recently to notice how poor the lights are. Especially the fogs. I can't even tell they are on (and I did get out to actually confirm that they are) when I am driving. I guess headlights would be OK if I had a decent backup with the fogs and a lightbar.

My left reverse light has been out since I bought the truck so I probably should go ahead and replace that too. I'm do for an inspection next month so the time has finally come...

I have found light bars in fog can actually make things almost worse.. Since they throw light literally everywhere a lot of light goes up into the fog illuminating the fog more than the road... I really want to replace my grill light bar with a amber one however I'm so broke its not even funny...

 

Just put some amber vinyl over it.

Anyone every install a remote start system? I have a viper alarm system now and I want to get rid of that and put in a prestige remote start aps997e system in...but i have no clue where to start and dont want to pay over $300 to get it installed by sound station and security
