I am probably going to sell my truck with bad engine. It has 2TR FE. Engine World Inc has a re-manufactured engine for $2500.

Paid $6,200 for my 2000 4x4 2.7 L. Manual Hub Fall of 2014 with 187,000 on it. Now has just under 192,000. Needed maintenance on it which has costed me around $2,500 but worth it to me for their reliability.

Bought mine a little over a year ago for about 6k, with 199.3k miles on it. It's a 2002, Access Cab, 3.4l 5sp TRD. I now have 221k miles, and haven't had anything but fluids on it so far. Runs better than most vehicles I've ever owned. I love seeing people's reactions when they hear how many miles are on the truck, can't wait to get more!

In 2005 I bought an 01 double cab, 4x4, auto, trd, v6, with shell, 69k miles for $18,000 from a dodge dealership.

In 2014 I traded that truck with 242k miles for an 02 double cab. Everything is the same on the 2 trucks except for the color and the 01 had the towing package where the 02 does not. The 02 had 98k miles when I got it. About to hit 160k on that truck

Got mine for free from my older brother with 378,000 miles on it..it needed work..exhaust,brakes hub bearings a serious cleaning but it was well worth it! I only had it a few months and already put about 5000 miles on it..I'm still in the process of bringing it back up to my standards (3 inch lift kit, bigger tires, projector headlights, new bumpers and grill etc..etc..

    improved toyota goodness.
i just had to replace the muffler today. $60 out the door with house muffler (the local ''mad-genius'' edition he made himself) shop supplies (6'' ext. tube and weld wire) and a proper install all included. thats the first real non routine-replace item I've had to replace in the last 20k+ miles. 248,6xx now.
