North Georgia Wheeling Trip

Was set to hangout Saturday but making a decision to head down to Florida for some family time. PLEASE take lots of pictures and share them! I live in Gainesville area now so I'll be making my initial trip to Tray mountain and camping in the very near future.

 

We'll be camping at Trey Mountain Saturday night and then hitting it Sunday morning. Stock trucks should be fine on Trey

 

Well guys I may be in luck this weekend. My tires got delivered. My lift says it will be delivered tomorrow and hopefully my wheels will be here tomorrow too and I can have it all done by the weekend.

 

Good deal! When are you expecting to be done?

 

If everything is here when it says it will be I can have the lift put on tomorrow. Then ill take it to the tire store Friday while im at work and have the wheels and tires put on and an alignment done and should be ready to go then.

 

Awesome! I'm hoping you can make it. I keep thinking it's Thursday ha. Let me know if you'll need my number to meet us somewhere Saturday or if you'll be meeting us at the campsite on Friday night

 

If I get all this done im seriously thinking about skipping out on my race so I can go test it out on all the trails Saturday with yall. But sounds good ill let you know how everything goes and go from there.

 

@Acerwin ok, so, that exit off 85, exit 19 A or B, not sure, north, there is a raceway gas station there, lets meet there Saturday morning. 4606 Clemson Blvd, Anderson, SC 29621. It says 2 hours from that gas station to the church. lets roll out of there by 645 at latest to get to church by 845-9.

Anybody bringing fire wood for Friday night and Saturday? Not sure if there is going to be much in the surrounding area

I can probably get some around the house for Saturday night camping.

 

There's probably twigs and small sticks but no logs in both campsites

 

That's how it usually is at good spots, I'll bring an axe too, might come in handy

 

I'm brining a hatchet and hand saw

 

I'll have to get gas also. I'm only getting about 14 mpg now

 

Me to on the gas, will probably want to stop within 30 minutes if destination to top it off as well
