    Grove Street Motorsports is going to build my armor, the owner and i already discussed it..... but i need to get my $$$ together. Maybe he'll give me a package deal for sliders, bumpers, and skids. I think he gives discounts if you pay with beer and gluten free food.

    Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
    My experience with insurance work on older trucks is that they will only cover OEM parts if the generic ones don't fit right. Just requires them to adjust the claim amount for the cost difference.

    A body shop got a cheap fender for my 12 yr old truck and it wouldn't line up right so then insurance agreed to get OEM fender.

    Edit: that was for a Chevy though so maybe cost difference wasn't so high...

    Levi, the insurance stuff sucks huge and I would def give my money elsewhere afterwards. The whole OEM vs junk parts better be in writing somewhere, and specific to your case cuz if not, id call them on it (since most ppl wont) and make sure you get everything you can out of it bc I think thats wrong. They are betting on your not looking into it to check.

    he does accept D.I.C.s as well....haha
