    copy and paste fail :anonymous:

@ramonortiz55 Can we verify these are new systems software version 8+ and not ones with the old software <v6.4?
I would imagine this is a non issue, but thought I'd ask.

BTW The IBS unit itself is IP40 in terms of sealing, which stinks; but again, if you flood your engine bay, you're already screwed.
and your engine bay isn't completely waterproof either [take that statement with a grain of salt]

Of course, that's why the whole waterproof thing isn't necessarily at the top of my list. BTW, do you think that maybe the flush mount just means that it can be fastened straight to a panel as opposed to arm mounted or something similar?

That's what I'm thinking based on every photo Ive ever seen, and the way they document it.

Time for someone with cab and fab skills to get to work and make a mount/casing!

Meh, I'm probably just going to mount it in my center console. I don't think it'll be as crucial to get a flush mount like the NL.

IBS doesn't make a flush mount. I looked everywhere for it cause that's what I originally wanted too.

The Sweds, they are just not in tune with our high level demands.

I wonder how hard it would be to switch the too. Use an IBS or what ever with the NL monitor.

Come on Ramon your and engineer too it shouldn't be that hard.

According to OP, he might be starting it soon. As for me, i'm down for IBS after reading a bit as well. There's a pretty informative post up above on pros and cons for both systems.
