    That's good ol hub centric for you. With my old rims, I had to beat them to get them off.

    I was just trying to share some experience I have in general, but I am reluctant to give direct advice on this. I guess if I were going to use them, I would sand around the hub and apply some anti seize with care not to get any on the studs. This should help with sticking issue. Then I would dry torque the lug nuts to Toyota specification and keep a close check on them for a while. Then if I had issues I would consider other options. Also be sure to use a cross torque pattern like below. I would torque to half value the first pass, and full value on the second.
