My dealer didn't even know the 2015 existed last year when I inquired, and any OEM parts are not available in Canada either.

I wasn't trolling... for the record. I was anticipating a mixed response on the truck, but not this. Oh, well.

Hey, Cap, please don't beat me with your trash can lid. I don't believe this thread falls into that category.

Personally, I think the truck looks cool and has some nice add-ons. Fox, Rigid, grille, black head and tail lights, etc.

As for going to the Arctic Circle, it was done by a 2015 Pro already, so Toyota probably sniffed that idea out on here:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/arctic-travel-california-to-arctic-and-back-in-winter.405408/

... and that was a cool thread.

Not throwing any lid, just pointing out that other threads had addressed this, and devolved into Morlocks munching on Eloi until banhammers came to the rescue.

It's also a subject that brings trolls out from under their bridges.

As anyone who's been in rural BC can testify to, with some liberties: "Beware, Be Troll Aware."

    Oopsy!

... and I've been rural everywhere.

    I still like that truck.

LOL I was responding to the Mc Fly Truck thread LOL But no the Pro does nothing for me. Better someone who is actually going to use it off road. Otherwise it's just another "look at my Truck" thing

Toyota claims it's a legend already.

The only thing it will do better is not overheating the shocks AS FAST as the Off Road.

Is there something wrong with that? If someone wants to buy a $40,000 truck to be a mall crawler, who are you to judge them?

I saw the Mike S video online with him constantly saying how great the 17 Pro is...damn dude (Toyota) your new 16 akins-diet-cycle barely is out and you are touting this "1%" of truck buyers dream...

Lol not at all man, I've just always believed in the idea that people buy our truck for different reasons. Whether you lift it, lower it, crawl it, race it, cruise it, or even rice it.
