Just an oil change today, but tomorrow it's going in for window tinting, debadging, and detailing; and I just pulled the trigger on Avid Offroad sliders (bolt on with kick-out)!

Nice you will love the sliders and love the kickout just check to make sure your bolts are tight every time you change the oil it ain't pretty when they loosen up and wear into the frame congrats man money well spent imop

I just went with these to clean up stuff and run cable to bluesea fuse panel. I had to "manipulate" the positive terminal into fitting - twisted it and drilled out the hole but it was worth it. The ground side will need some "manipulation" to work with the military one but I left that alone for now. The positive side was the one needing the attention.

Is there a suggested ft/lb or perhaps Locktite to keep them in place?

Also, thanks, I'm excited. The debadging is just because I think it looks cool, but living in an urban area of Florida the tint and sliders are long overdue.

For future work I'm debating between painting my current wheels black or getting new wheels.

At the least I would locktight them probly won't be an issue unless your bouncing them off rocks (I'm guilty) when my buddy wouldn't buy weld ons we just tacked the nuts in place so they couldn't loosen up they should come with tq specs

I got the set from All-Pro it was 100 bucks shipped to my door and there's enough thread left to put 2 sets of leaf springs on. today I'm going to install my shackle flip kit from Armor Tech it was about $235 after shipping image.jpg
