I don't know when they were rebuilt last so I'm hoping I don't have to for another 30k miles or so.

Guess I'm the only one who doesn't mind my 5100s in the rear. Matched with 8 wraps. I want something else eventually but don't mind the 5100s for now.

Apparently if you have the Omegas, you have to send them into Icon.

there was one 6 months ago...

I sorta wish I tried tokikos in the rear. I may try another coil as well.

There is a guy in denver who rebuilds them... lol

I'll see if my shock guy will do them. He's local and cheaper than icon.
He rebuilds for all the local shops.

I'd like to try icons in the rear, ideally with some remote reservoirs but that's definitely overkill for anything I'd ever need.

Hahaha I guess they're good for what I need in that case:cheers:. As said above, I'll get something different as time comes but these suit my needs as of now.

Kings/icons are overkill for what I do but who knows what'll happen in the future. May end up having to run zombies over so I need a good suspension for a more comfortable ride for the kids...that's what I like to tell my wife anyway. It works sometimes. :spy:

On a tacoma I don't think you'll notice as much. Get nice coilovers for sure. That will make a difference.

May have to move to denver.
That was my issue. Fire roads made my fillings come loose with Billies. And I had nice ass bumpstops and leaf pack.
    Thanks!
That is awesome! I'll have to get his number from you!

Oh trust me I know. I smacked into an old 80's Chevy pickup awhile back. I'm surprised it didn't kill my front end like I saw this Bronco do to this Camry one time.

I got lucky though because 1 it was at the time when I was driving super illegally (no license, registration, or insurance) and 2 I believe this was also during the phase where I never wore a seat belt off-road. I'm pretty sure this is the event that made me change my mind on that.

This is also how my friend Nathan totaled his 3rd gen trying not to avoid a biker

I still do it but you gotta remember where I do most of my wheeling. I don't have to worry about it that much especially since I do most of my wheeling late at night and I used to go so often I knew when the roads would be crowded and when they weren't. I was pretty methodical about it lol
