Handmade Truck Manual Wallets for the Glove Compartment

Hey guys, I recently was organizing the glove compartment and realized the little folder that comes with the truck to hold all your manuals and new truck information was sun baked, cracking, and falling apart.

The ol' lady saw my frustration and we agreed we could probably come up with a better solution. So I told her what I had in mind and she went to the craft table and came up with this...

Not sure if anyone cares enough to want something like this, but I figured I would throw it out there and see if anyone would be interested in one for $20 or so, shipped.

In it, I have all the manuals and warranty information, receipts on maintenance, insurance, registration, and the business cards of those who I may need to contact while out and about regarding the truck.

Is the 2016 manuals the same as 2nd gen as far as quantity and thickness?

Can I choose my own outer color?

I'm digging the map lining!

Pretty roomie? I don't want to force and shove all the manuals, it would be nice to have things fit well.

As long as quality materials and workmanship is there... I'll throw $20 bucks at eBay when you have it up.

So she had to order more materials to make more, but that stuff is on the way.

@Chrome Beer Actually this color is black, it must just be the lighting and/or the edit on the photo that makes it look blue. Its black to the naked eye.

@DeTako Cool man. As for your questions, I would imagine the manuals are the same size but I can't be 100% on it. We might have to get some measurements and compare. What color would you be wanting for the outside? I will have to check and see what she has, or if you get back to me quick, she is ordering some stuff today. The map lining is awesome and will be on all these. The fitting is actually perfect. Its snug enough to where they don't toss around or fall out, but loose enough for the items to slide in without bending. I will double check all that before sending.
