On driver side you bent little inner fender and pull bolt towards front of the truck. On passenger side you cut bolts head and pull out remaining of the bolt towards the cab of the truck

Thanks, I will check in the morning to see if he got it. The other issue was the 3/4" bolts that came with the kit were a little to big for the factory holes for the rear cross member. Tuff Country said they haven't seen that problem, but for some reason they were smaller on my truck maybe because where it was made, we don't really know. They decided to Rheem out the holes instead of using a smaller bolt. Hope no more issues!

Yep, it's a local muffler shop been in business for years.. The young guy doing it has been there for many years and is very knowledgeable. He did the work on my 2011. This one is more involved but he seemed very confident. Also installing the MagnaFlow catback system for me.

That explains it. If I would have noticed before I jumped the gun, I would have gotten 18 inch rims but already had 17 with tires mounted before I even had the truck. Limited me on my lift options! Was originally thinking BDS with the Fox coilover kit. Ended up costing me a little more the way I'm doing it but not going to be disappointed I don't think with the Kings and Alcan leaf pack! Do you think you might regear? Does it feel like it will be necessary?

Looking back through the thread I noticed Rising Eagle was the one with 17's! Sorry, my bad!

No problems. Wanted 17's with more tire on it, but they had to be 18's to fit the lift and clear everything .
I wouldn't regear. It's got lots of power. Good in low range and gots enough to get the 35's on the highway in a hurry

Cool, I'll know pretty soon. Hows the mpg's going? I know you did it right away so you can't compare to before. I'm doing the same thing. Also did you have somebody try to recalibrate for tire size?

I haven't set eyes on her actually. I get her as soon as we figure out what is causing the ABS and traction control to kick on when turned hard right. It's the only issue. We noticed it stopped doing this when we had the dealership turn off the traction control. Can't wait to get it, if I do. Lol.

Did you try greasing the axles? Mine shipped with no grease on the axles. Couldn't figure out why it was chugging so hard at low rpm and then i tried pumping the zerks with a grease gun to find that ALL of them were empty. Mine also made a growling noise at low rpm low speed times like rolling through a parking lot in first, rolling up to a stoplight in first, etc

Mine was definitely the axle bushing, I've since resolved the issue with the ECGS bushing.
