installed my revolver x2 cover Sunday. I don't have pictures yet but will work on getting some. Install went well and didn't have many issues. I did not use the front weather strip and it sits flush. I was laying under the cover and could see some light in popping through but not sure if its enough to cause any leaks yet. One take away is to install the clamping clips before putting the rail on. It was much easier to install this way. I will need to check the distance again, but I don't think my cover is perfectly square(or my truck bed isn't). The front weather strip gap is not the same even though the distance from the edge of the cover to the cab is within a couple of tenths from each other from Left to Right. It doesn't change how the cover rolls. It is more of an OCD thing for me but not enough to spend hours trying to get it to look perfect. Took me a little over an hour but a chuck of that was looking for tools. Since the instructions do not state what wrenches you need, it is the T30 torx and a 1/2" socket. We got 3 inches of snow yesterday and rain today. With all the melting, the cover appears to not have leaked from what I can see. There was some good water flow rolling off of it this morning. Thanks again @ramonortiz55. Very happy with this cover and how it looks on the truck!

Took about 45 minutes to remove the factory tracks, install the BakFlip tracks and install factory tracks to the BakFlip bracket. It was overall an easy install. I had one of the shop kids get in the bed of the truck and closed it up. He said the only place that he could see light was around the tailgate.

    Adjustment Question:

I noticed one side of my cover doesn't latch securely. I've tried to re-position the cover, but then the other side doesn't latch as well. Did anyone have to adjust? and if so, how?

illustration of what is happening on one side: (from bak website)

I've reached out to bak, but haven't heard back yet...
