Full length skids in removable panels. Only run them off road. Sounds like a decent way to keep mud from slinging everywhere

Working with a surgeon for1st time in a long time. These guys are amazing. "Do you see that nerve and the artery behind it?" Would have been unprofessional to reply "help no, it all looks like ribeye to me."

I should never be allowed to act as a medic on anyone that isn't already dead.

 

Just picked up 2-20ft 2" angle iron, 2- 1" tube, 2-2" square tube about to start building something... To be continued.

Hahaha that's awesome. I used to love hearing my sister's stories of operating on patients brains. She talked about it like we talk about climbing a hill in our trucks ..... super excited and just a walk in the park. Haha used to trip me out

Damn Levi my insurance was super easy to deal with when mine fell off but I only got 1800-2k somewhere in there. I didn't get anything for wheel and tire. But they're both still usable. Speaking of tire, had my first "trail" flat today. Slid off in a rut and something knocked a hole in my side wall. I officially need tires now. Oh and a highlift. That stock jack saved the day again though lol had to put it on top of my 4-way since the ground was soft, worked though

 

Morning folks, new to the Tacoma scene, just moved out of a 2008 LandCruiser. Moved to TN last year (Murfreesboro) from Idaho last year and looking for places to wheel.

 

Hello neighbor! I'm in Nolensville. No Tacoma yet. I'm still probably a year away. I drive 50k miles a year for work and flip cars relatively often. Can't wait to get rid of my maxima. Loved my Ram before it.

 

Picked up some plugs today and I'm getting the frame inspected.

 

Picked up spark plugs, spark plug gapper, 5/8" spark plug socket, 2 6" extensions, anti-seize. Couldn't find a 24mm socket with 3/8" drive though for the diff.

 

can i use the same grease for my u joints as I do my UCA's? I think I got the regular pink, mobil1 for the UCA's. Ive never greased the drive shaft joints and I prob should. Can I use the same stuff?

 

Well today has been shity. Went to change air filter, wipers, and the motor oil in the truck and found out my transmission and oil pan has been leaking. and on top of the my passenger axle boot exploded and grease is all up under the passenger side.
